The Billiards and Snooker Association of Sri Lanka has called entries for the 6 Red Snooker Championship – 2017.
Entries for this Tournament should be forwarded to The Tournament Secretary, Billiard and Snooker Association of Sri Lanka, No. 67, Justice Akbar Mawatha, Colombo on or before August 29, 2017.
When forwarding the entries a fee of Rs. 1,000 will be charged . The date and the venue for the tournament will be notified later. The entries should be recommended by affiliated clubs/Parlours which have gained their registration for the year 2017.
The first round of the tournament will be conducted on district basis.
And the matches from the pre-quarter finals will be played in Galle. Participants who qualify for the final round will be provided accommodation free of charge.
First round matches are played according to the following scheduled first round up to quarter finals three frames, quarter final five frames, semi finals seven frames and the final to be played over nine frames.
