Hilton Colombo Launches Kottu Fest

The team of chefs at Curry Leaf, led by Chef Amila is set to launch an array of Kottu beginning March 7 to 17. Curry Leaf is a venue that has sustained authentic Sri Lankan cuisine for decades. Among the scintillating flavours on offer are Nai miris, jumbo prawn, crab kottu, tandoori chicken kottu, Batticaloa mutton kottu, randang chicken, mixed seafood, green curry kottu and the healthy kurrakan kottu.
