The chefs at Hilton have combined their culinary talents to showcase a vibrant street food festival which will take place every Monday night from 7pm onwards at the Graze Kitchen. The countries represented include Sri Lanka, India, Vietnam, China, Turkey and Japan.
There is a wide array of dishes to choose from, supplemented by desserts. Beautifully laid out capturing the culinary essence of each country the interactive food experience allows you to witness many of the items being cooked, giving you a connection with what you are eating. The lively concept of street food is gaining momentum among Colombo’s foodies. This hawker street food festival is a unique dining experience. The team of young chefs is led by Sri Lankan Chef Chamlie Waidyaratne.
