The STF arrested two suspected underworld gang members allegedly involved in a series of organized crimes.They were arrested in the Thotalanga area yesterday, the Police Spokesman’s Office said. The two suspects have been identified as Kandappu Ralage Oshada Hamy Dilshan Maduwantha, a 23-year-old resident of Ferguson Road, Colombo 15 and Munasinghe Arachchige Susantha (26), also a resident of the same area who had been engaged in drug trafficking.
The two suspects had been handed over to the Organized Crimes Investigation Division for further action by the Police Special Task Force (STF).
