The winners of the 40th Observer-Mobitel Schoolboy Cricketer 2018 were selected by the eminent panel of judges comprising officials of the Sri Lanka Schools Cricket Association, Association of Cricket Umpires and Scorers Sri Lanka and the Ministry of Education at the Hilton, Colombo on Monday.
