Chocolate Mania at the Hilton Colombo

A Chocolate High Tea Buffet was launched on Wednesday at Hilton Colombo Lab which will be held through the month of August. With the new Executive Chef Robert Mujagic, a native of Stuttgart Germany, who joined the culinary business at the age of 17 in action, the event began on a savoury note.

Chef Mujagic started his apprenticeship at a small gault Millau & Michelin Star rated fine dining restaurant. With over 28 years of extensive culinary experience he is keen to bring in a new range of delicacies to the hotel.

Other dimensions of the buffet include Cafe Kai where a variety of chocolate cakes, local and imported chocolates, chocolate beverages namely, Haut Chocolat, Chocolate Blackout and Choco Mushy is on offer. At Graze Kitchen the NoisetteManjari Praline or the White Chocolate Raspberry Summer desserts are available.

The Lab offers a cocktail or mocktail, where the special chocolate infused beverages are out this month.
