Three-year-old Dhashmi Neha, daughter of N.D.L.B. Herath of 155, Dippitigoda Road, Dalugama, Kelaniya is suffering from acute heart disease, Pulmonary atresia and the Consultant, Paediatric Cardiologist of the Teaching Hospital, Anuradhapura, Dr. I.R. Ragunathan has recommended immediate surgery at the Miot International Hospital, Chennai, India, which will cost around Rs. 2 million. The father who is unable to afford the operation, appeals for financial help from the generous public.
