Venora Lanka Power Panels won the Silver Award in the Electronic and Electrical Products category at the recently concluded 26th Annual NCE Export Awards – 2018.

The award was won for the Smart Power Panel developed by Venora Lanka which could control and monitor a Panel Board through the GSM network. It allows the customer to control and monitor the status of his panel board using only the SMS facility of his mobile phone and no internet connection is required.
Thus, the Venora Smart Panel is ideal for controlling switch boards installed in remote areas without 3G Network. This application has several effective uses such as controlling irrigation gates in remote areas, hydro power intake gates and in energising electric fences at night.
