TW Corporate Training will present a dual topic evening seminar on ‘Condominium Law and preventing fraudulent transaction in real estate’ from 4-7 p.m. on February 13 at the Cinnmon Lake Side Hotel.
Topic one will be on condominium law and the rights of owners, developers and financiers. Topic two will be on prevention and remedies in relation to fraudulent transactions pertaining to properties in Sri Lanka. The speakers will be Senaka de Saram and Janaka Wickremanayake. Among the panelists will be Kuvera de Zoysa and A. M. A. Cader.
