Adventure at Udawalawe Safari Village Hotel

Amazing life of Adventure. Who doesn’t like a real safari? Udawalawe National Park offers you the opportuniy to watch herds of elephants roaming majestically, deer, sambhur, the ever famous peacocks and a variety of birds, awaits you. The park has around three to four hundred elephants roaming wild and free.

The park is just 175 Km away from Colombo. You could stay at the Udawalawe Safari Village Hotel. Situated on four acres of land, the luxurious eco-friendly hotel designed by Jayantha Kumara celebrated its 28th year of existence recently. The newly refurbished hotel looks great with added rooms and facilities with a swimming pool to relax in after a hard day of touring the park.

The village styled hotel is situated five kilometres away from the park. Teaming up with other service providers, the hotel organises jeep safaris to Udawalawe National Park for its guests.

Visiting important places like Kataragama and Mattala Airport and camping out are options for guests.
