Wickramatunge brothers Asanga and Asitha from Raddoluwa Sports Club excelled at the World Taekwondo Championship which was held in South Korea recently. They competed alongside 4500 competitors from 54 countries. Asanga ended up in the fifth position in the overall category while Asitha was placed 12th in a different class at the Championship.
