The Art Instructor of the Puttalam Zonal Education Office - M. M. Muhammedh, received special awards for his art, at the All Island Art competition, organized by the Department of Aesthetic Education under the National Institute of Education.
Art Teachers and Instructors and those working in relation to Art subjects in the Zonal Offices of all Provinces participated in this Art competition.
An exhibition had also been arranged at the National Institute of Education complex where all the selected Art at the competition were exhibited. An awarding ceremony for the best Arts was held at the National Institute of Education auditorium.
