A group representing the Sri Lanka Ex-Servicemen’s Association (SLESA) yesterday (09) called on Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe to inaugurate the forthcoming Poppy Day commemoration by pinning the first Poppy flower on the premier. SLESA President Rear Admiral Dr. Shremal Fernando pinned the Poppy Day flag on Prime Minister Wickremesinghe. Secretary of the SLESA, Lietenant Colonel Ajith Siyambalapitiya and Treasurer Major General K.C.S Kankanamge were also present.
