Eight COVID-19 patients recovered, COVID-19 recovered cases rise to 2868

Eight more individuals recovered from COVID-19 bringing the total recoveries in the country to 2868, the Epidemiology Unit confirmed.
 
According to the epidemiology unit there are only 132 active cases being treated in various hospitals across the country.
 
The total count of positive coronavirus cases found in Sri Lanka currently sits at 3,012.
