The manner in which the keepers of cricket in the country treat followers of the game could not have been explained clearer than in the large numbers of football fans who graced the Mahinda Rajapaksa Trophy four-nations football tournament final between Sri Lanka and the Seychelles at the Race Course ground in Colombo on Friday. It was a case of football officials showing their gratitude towards their supporters and cricket officials continuing to display their dislike towards cricket followers and ban them from witnessing the Sri Lanka-West Indies Test series which starts today in Galle (Pic by Sulochana Gamage)
