Nishal Ferdinando
JAT Holdings PLC appointed Nishal Ferdinando to the Company’s Board of Directors.
Ferdinando has served as the Chief Executive Officer of JAT since 2017.
Ferdinando will also serve as an Executive Director of JAT Holdings PLC.
He is the only second Executive Director to be appointed to JAT Holdings PLC’s Board of Directors, apart from Founder and Managing Director, Aelian Gunawardene.
Before his role as CEO of JAT Holdings, Ferdinando was a member of the Board of a leading construction company in Sri Lanka from 2010 to 2017 where he functioned in the capacity of an Executive Director.
He is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School, holds an MBA from the University of Wales and hails from a background in Management Accounting.
