Commercial Bank PLC completed a two-year Business Process Reengineering (BPR) project recently with StrEdge Advisory, the business consultancy arm of StrEdge Group of Companies.
“Right technology is imperative here as customers want a quality service with least time spent on processes. Commercial Bank has created platforms for sustained improvement which encourage quick implementation and StrEdge consultancy was able to strengthen them further,” CEO and MD of Commercial Bank, S. Renganathan said.
Commercial Bank’s HR Department initiated the first project of the engagement and played an important role throughout under the leadership of DGM, HR of Commercial Bank, Isuru Tillakawardana.
