The first ever Culinary Champions 2023 with over 150 chefs participating will be held on September 15 and 16 at Sahas Uyana, Kandy.
This one-of-a-kind culinary competition for chefs and their assistants, consists of 12 competition categories which includes decorated cake, fruit and vegetable carving, ice carving, bread and pastry display, hot cooking poultry, hot cooking fish fillet, hot pasta main course, iced mocktail.
