The Commercial Bank of Ceylon has opened its first ‘DigiZone’ – a purpose-designed space for customers to be introduced to, and experience the convenience and functionality of the Bank’s comprehensive digital banking offering.
Located at the Bank’s Wellawatte branch, the DigiZone is a familiarisation centre for customers to get acquainted with digital banking and get hands-on experience with the help of the Bank’s Digital Assistants if necessary.
Commercial Bank DGM, Retail Banking and Marketing, Hasrath Munasinghe said, “At the core of our strategy is to migrate customers to digital channels for regular transactions and to offer more advisory services such as financial planning, wealth management and trade services at the branches.”
