If we ask people about their hobbies, many would say “reading.” Reading enables a person to be more intelligent and knowledgeable. There is no one in the world who hasn’t read a book - it might be a school book, a comic or even a magazine. By reading, we unknowingly gather information. When a child sees his elders reading, it inspires him to read. When a child reads he can even find solutions to his problems.
Nowadays parents are too busy with their hectic life. They don’t have time to pay attention to their children. Parents should take care that the child spends less time watching TV and browsing the Internet. He should spend more time reading. By reading books we can ensure that we will be good citizens.
