My hero

4 September, 2022

The hero in my world is my dad. I love my dad very much, but now my dad is not with me. He passed away a long time ago.

He was not only my dad but he was also was my mother because my mother passed away, when I was young. He looked after me always like his eyes. He didn’t leave me. He saved me even then.

It was ten years ago, when I was in Grade five. It was a Friday. My dad and I went to church. We prayed to Jesus and remembered mother in our prayers. When we were coming back we met a poor woman who was expecting a baby.

My dad and I gave some fruits and food to her. She was very happy.

After that, my dad and I started for home. When we were coming, we met with an accident. My head got injured. My dad got injured badly.

Dad picked me up and ran around like a crazy man. They took me to the hospital and I had to be given blood. Then my dad gave me blood. After a while, I woke up. The doctor was in front of me. She said, “Now you are good, so be relaxed.

I looked around and I asked, “Where is my dad”?

The doctor said, “Sorry, my dear daughter, we couldnt save your dad. I was sad. I did not have anything to do because my hero had gone too far away.

However, I won't falter. I will become an engineer as my dad expected. I hope my hero is still happy to see me. In our world, all we have is a hero. My world ‘s hero is my dad. I am forever indebted to you dad.
