OKIAN BeatZ, was one of the many events which was organised to mark the 25th anniversary of the OKI Schools Network. The Kindergarten students of all schools in the network participated as it was the inter-branch percussion band competition.
It was held recently at the Auditorium of the OKI International School, Kandana. The Kindergarten members of the percussion bands rendered beautiful tunes and all bands gave a great performance on stage.
Directress Denum Abeysekera, Head of Academic Operations, Chaminda Wickremasuriya, Head of Examinations, Anthony Alwis, Head of Accounts, Rangana Ranasinghe and all Principals, Head Mistresses and Pre-school teachers of the OKI Schools network were present.
‘The Cup of OKIAN BeatZ’ was won by the students of Kandana, The first runner-up was Wattala and the second runner-up was Kaduwela.
