The training unit of the Associated Newspapers Ceylon Limited (Lake House) organised an enriching session on Building Authentic Leadership at the Lake House Training Centre on March 6. Over 60 employees participated in the session which was led by the Training and Motivational Speaker, Suranga Tennakoon.
In an earnest endeavour to nurture authentic leadership and bolster motivation within its ranks, the session was designed to equip participants with skills and perspectives essential for maintaining integrity while motivating their teams. Themed, “Building Your Authenticity for Team,” the session provided participants with an insight of authentic leadership.
Through interactive dialogues, case studies and hands-on exercises, attendees explored diverse dimensions of authenticity including self-awareness, transparency and integrity.
