A Regional Sales Manager at Ceylinco Life, Sujith Fernando led the Sri Lankan contingent to the 2019 Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) annual meeting, in Miami, USA recently as the country’s official flag bearer at the opening ceremony of the event.
Invited by Ross Vanderwolf, President of the MDRT – the world’s premier association of top financial professionals – to do the honours for his country, Sujith was among the 74 insurance sales professionals from Ceylinco Life who met the requirements of the MDRT criteria to attend the five-day conference.
A Life Member of MDRT having met or exceeded qualifying criterion for ten years consecutively, Fernando was also named the MDRT Country Chair for Sri Lanka for 2020.
He also qualified as a Top of the Table (TOT) member in 2019, attaining the highest level of membership within the MDRT organisation.
The Million Dollar Round Table is a global, independent association of more than 66,000 of the world’s leading life insurance and financial services professionals from more than 500 companies in 72 nations and territories.
