Employees were awarded for their service excellence at the ceremony, with Assistant Manager - Content Affairs, Shamika Dilshan Wijesinghe recognised with the ‘Executive of the Year - CEO’s Award 2021’ for his significant dedication and contribution demonstrated towards the organisation in many key aspects. Ten employees were recognised for their loyal service of five years and seven employees were praised for their long-standing dedication of 10 years to the organisation.
The ‘Executive of the Year - CEO’s Award’ was conceptualised to recognise the extraordinary and most outstanding employee of SLT VisionCom during a particular year. The award criteria specified that the employee will be recognised as the most exceptional in exceeding expectations in delivering his or her key responsibilities as defined in the job role, thereby championing the organisation›s vision of excellence.
