Heavy traffic has been reported in Colombo-Horana (120) bus route due to a fire in Piliyandala.
A fire has erupted at a chemical supplies store in Wewala, Piliyandala this morning.
According to the Police, fire trucks of the Moratuwa and Dehiwala-Mount Lavinia Municipal Councils have been dispatched to douse the fire and two fire trucks belonging to the Kesbewa and Boralesgamuwa Electricity Board had also arrived at the scene.
The cause of fire is yet to be determined.
Piliyandala Police is conducting further investigations.
